Schools Honor "Reclassified" English Language Learners.

Herbert C. Green Middle School and Indian Creek Elementary School are proud to announce the reclassification of 19 English language learner students who have met California’s and Mother Lode Union School District’s criteria to be redesignated as “Fluent English Proficient” students. This milestone in their education recognizes their success in overcoming additional academic challenges while learning English as a second language. Our newly reclassified students received certificates for their accomplishment at their school’s awards celebrations. It was a proud and special moment for our students, their families, and our teachers and staff.
